Although still doing well, Rob was a little bit tired today. I don’t think he had a great night’s sleep last night. He was also given a blood transfusion due to low blood levels, so I am sure that lack of whatever also contributed to him feeling tired. He did work awfully hard to push through and is still making progress getting up to walk and doing is breathing exercises. The pain meds are being spaced further apart and it seems like all the anesthesia has made its way out of his system.

Hopefully the transfusion and a good night’s sleep will help him feel a little less tired tomorrow. I am hoping we’ll start narrowing in on a day for him to come home soon.
